54. Students Assembly

(1)

The University shall have a Students Assembly consisting of student representatives elected from among persons who are for the time being students of the University.

(2)

Every election to the Students Assembly shall be conducted by secret ballot at the commencement of each academic year by such person or persons as may be nominated by the Vice Chancellor.

(3)

The term of office of the members of the Students

Assembly shall expire at the end of the academic year in which the Students Assembly was elected.
