22. Reconciliation Office to be a scheduled institution

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Reconciliation Office shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Anti-Corruption Act, No.9 of 2023, and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
