28. Powers of entry

Any person authorised in writing by the PRDC may at any time enter into, and inspect, any site where petroleum operations are being conducted and carry out such investigations or surveys thereon as may be necessary to ascertain whether the terms of a Petroleum Resources

Agreement or the conditions imposed in relation to a

Development License or any provision of this Act or any regulation made thereunder are being complied with.
