20. Persons printing or publishing any matter in certain cases to be punished

Any person who prints or publishes—

(a)

the name or any matter which may make known the identity of an applicant or a respondent in an application under this Act; or

(b)

any matter other than a judgment of the Supreme

Court or Court of Appeal, in relation to any proceeding under this Act, in any Court, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years or to a fine or to both such imprisonment and fine.
