9. Protection Order to be served on the respondent

Upon the issuing of a Protection Order the Court shall forthwith cause —

(a)

such order to be served on the respondent; and

(b)

certified copies of such Order, to be served on the—

(i)

aggrieved person ;

(ii)

applicant, where the applicant is not the aggrieved person ;

(iii)

officers in charge of the police stations within whose jurisdiction the respondent and the aggrieved person reside.
