(1)

No stage carriage permit shall be issued by the

Duration &e.,

Director to any person under this Act, except upon the

Carriage payment by such person to him of such fee or fees as may permits, be prescribed,

(2)

Every stage carriage permit shall—

(a)

be in the prescribed form; and

(b)

unless it is cancelled earlier, be in force for a period of twelve months from the date of its issue,
