93. Expenditure pertaining to the protection, preservation, and management of property in respect of which a Receiver or a Special Manager has been appointed

(1)

Where the protection, preservation, and management of a seized or frozen property has been vested with the Authority or any other public authority, they shall bear the relevant expenditure for the protection, preservation, and management of such property .

(2)

Where the protection, preservation and management of seized or frozen property has been vested with a Receiver or a Special Manager as provided for in this Act, the funds required for protection, preservation and management of the property shall be advanced or reimbursed with the approval of the High Court that appointed such Receiver or Special

Manager, from the Fund for the Protection, Preservation and

Management of Proceeds of Crime of the Authority.
