20. Evidence of documents

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

A copy of any rule, order, award, direction or other document made by or in the costody of the Commission and certified by the Chairman to be a true copy thereof shall, in any court, be evidence of the rule, order, award, direction or other document without proof of the signature of the Chairman.
