33. Provision relating to expenditure

(1)

Any excess of the revenue of the Commission in any year over its expenditure for that year shall be carried forwards to meet its expenditure in subsequent years.

(2)

The Commission shall, not later than September of each year, cause to be published in the Gazette, a statement setting out its estimated expenditure for the next financial year.

(3)

The Commission may revise its estimated expenditure for any year in that year and shall cause every such revision to be published in the Gazette.

(4)

The expenditure of the Commission for any year, shall not exceed by ten per centum of its estimated expenditure (as revised from time to time), for that year.
