7. Admissibility of international settlement agreement in court as evidence

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Where a dispute arises in any action in relation to a matter which a party claims to have been resolved by an international settlement agreement, such international settlement agreement shall be admissible as evidence to establish that such matter has already been resolved.
