39. Transactions relating to a land parcel to be made in accordance with Act

No land parcel, title to which has been registered under this Act, or any interest thercin shall be transferred or dealt with except in accordance with the provisions of this

“Land parcel” means an area of land separately delineated on the cadastral map;
Act, and every disposition otherwise effected shall be void.
