No part of a land parcel registered with a First Class
Land parcel
“Land parcel” means an area of land separately delineated on the cadastral map;
Title of Absolute Ownership or a Second Class Title of
Ownership under the provisions of this Act shall be transferred or otherwise dealt with unless the registered owner has first sub-divided such land parcel and the land parcel so sub-divided has been registered under the provisions of this Act.

“owner” means— (a) inrelation toa land parcel the person named in the Title Register as the owner thereof, and; (b) in relation to an interest in a land parcel, the person named in the register as the person in whose favour the interest is registered;
