10. Audit of Accounts

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Corporation shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities, and all other transactions of the Corporation.

The Rehabilitation of Buddhist Temples

The provisions of Aticle 154 of the Constitution shall be applicable in respect of the audit of the account of the

Corporation.

(3)

The financial year of the Corporation shall be the calendar year.
