11. Seal of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of such person as may be determined by the

Committee, and may be altered from time to time, in the manner determined by the Committee.

(2)

The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument except in the presence of two members of the

Committee who shall siging their names in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
