3. Constitution of the Board of Directors

The Management of the affairs of the Authority shall be vested in a Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as

“the Board”) consisting of-

(a)

two ex-officio members, namely,-

(i)

the Secretary to the Treasury or his representative ; and

(ii)

the Secretary to the Minister of the Minister in charge of the subject of Plan Implemention or his representative ; and

(b)

seven members appointed as Directors by the

Minister from among persons possessing proven expertise in the areas of resettlement, relocation, rehabilitation, infrastructure development, finance and provincial administration (hereinafter referred to as “appointed members”).
