52. Verification statement

(1)

Upon the registration of a financing statement, the

Registrar shall deliver to the secured party named in the financing statement or its authorized agent, a verification statement in the prescribed form, using a prescribed method of communication.

(2)

A verification statement referred to in subsection (1) shall include the following:-

(a)

the information contained in the financing statement;

(b)

the financing statement number; and

(c)

the date and time of its registration.
