63. Validation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any registration of securities by the central depository prior to the enactment of this Act shall not be invalid only for the reason that such registration has been done other than in accordance with the provisions of this

Act, regulations, rules or directives made thereunder.
