21. Pending legal pro-ceedings

Where any suit; appeal or other legal proceedings in respect of any immovable’or. movable property vested in the Academy by this Act is pending on the vesting date, such suit, appeal or other legal proceedings shall not abate atid ‘shall accordingy™ be continued by or against the

Academy.
