26. Judgment and decree

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of Chapter XX of the Civil Procedure

Code shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, apply to and in relation to the pronouncement of judgment or decree of the Small Claims

Court.
