3. Amendment of section 3 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 3 of the Principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution of the following subsection therefor :-

“(2) The Minister shall appoint one of the Directors as the Chairman of the Board, and may appoint another

Director to be a working Director of the Board.”
