25. Rules

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Council may make rules in respect of all or any of the matters for which rules are authorized or required by this Act to be made.

(2)

No rule made by the Council shall have effect until it has been approved by the Minister.
