16. Board to prepare an annual report of its activities

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Board shall, at the end of each financial year, publish a report of its activities during that year and submit the same to the Minister for his approval. On being approved by the Minister, such report shall be laid before Parliament.
