2. Establishment of the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel

There shall be established an Institute called the Sri

Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel (hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”) which shall, by the name assigned to it by this section, be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
