42. Annual report on energy consumption

(1)

The Board shall be required to submit annually to the Minister, a report on the performance of energy sector in Sri Lanka during the preceding year and the Minister shall table such report in Parliament for its consideration.

(2)

In the preparation of its annual report under subsection (1), the Board shall obtain the services of any persons appointed under section 38.
