6. Insertion of section 8A in the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 8 and shall have effect as section 8A of the principal enactment.

8A. There shall be a Chairman of the

Authority appointed by the Minister.”.
