51. Appeals

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person to whom the grant of a license in terms of subsection (2) of section 43 is refused or whose Certificate has been cancelled in terms of section 45, may appeal to an appeals tribunal appointed by the Minister for this purpose.

The composition of the Tribunal and the procedure to be followed by the Tribunal shall be prescribed.
