54. Obligations upon the making of a Price Regulation Order

Where any Price Regulation Order is for the time being in operation, the proprietor or manager of every tourist service to which that Order relates shall—

maintain, or cause to be maintained, a register of prices, rates, fees or charges levied in respect of each of the services provided by such proprietor or manager and referred to in the Order ;

make, or cause to be made, such register available for inspection by the Director-General of the

exhibit, in a conspicuous place and in such manner as may be directed by the Director-General, a list of the prices, rates, fees or charges referred to in that
