The following new section is hereby instered immediately after section 87 of the principal enactment—
“This Act to
88. The provisions of this Act shall have effect prevail over notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other laws.
other law and accordingly in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and such other law, the provisions of this Act shall prevail over such other law.”.
