44. Amendment of Article 155B of the Constitution

Article 155B of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows:-

(1)

in paragraph (1) of that Article, by the substitution for the words “shall be four members”, of the words

“shall be five members”;

(2)

by the repeal of paragraph (5) of that Article.
