65. Rules

(1)

The Authority may make rules in respect of all or any of the matters for which rules are required by this Act to be made.

(2)

No rule made by the Authority under this Act shall have effect until it has been approved by the Minister.

(3)

Every such rule shall upon approval by the Minister be published in the Gazette .
