68. In this Act unless the context otherwise requires -

Interpretation.

"urban settlement area" means an area declared by the Minister as an Urban Development Area under the provisions of subsection (I) of section 3 of the

Urban Development Authority Act, No. 41 of 1978

and includes any areas outside of such area requiring connectivity with proposals, plans, projects and action programmes of the Authority as shall be approved by the Minister.
