21. Payment of pension due toa widower

A pension payable under this Act to a widower may be paid by the Director to a fit and proper person on behalf of the widower. Where the pensien is so paid, the person receiving the pension shall apply it in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be determined by the

Director for the maintenance, support, or benefit of the widower and his child or children, if any, who would be entitled on his death to receive a pension under this Act.
