11. Amendment of section 41 of the principal enactment

Section 41 of the principal enectment is hereby amended—

(1)

in subsection (1) thereof by the substitution for the words “ any such application, complaint or appeal has not preferred an appeal to the Court of Appeal”

of the words “any such application or complaint has not preferred an appeal to the Board of Review”;

(2)

by the repeal of subsection (2) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following subsection:—

“(2) Where any such party has preferred an appeal to the Board of Review against the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal within thirty days of the receipt by him of the decision of the

Agrarian Tribunal, the decision of the Board of

Review once given, shall be given effect to.”.
