3. Replacement of the Headings of PART I of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Headings “PART I” and “Rights of persons who cultivate paddy lands” appearing immediately after section 1 of the principal enactment are hereby replaced by the following:—

“PART IA

RIGHTS OF TENANT CULTIVATORS OF PADDY LANDS”.
