51. Principle of retroactivity

Except as provided for in sections 47, 52 and 53 of this Act, provisional measures and anti-dumping duties shall only be applied to products which enter into Sri Lanka for consumption, on or after the date of the publication of an affirmative preliminary or final determination in an investigation conducted under the preceding provisions of this Act, or a review carried under sections 57 to 59 of this

Act.
