63. Review of circumvention

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Director-General may review the need for the continued imposition of the duty, where warranted, on his own initiative or a reasonable period of time has elapsed since the imposition of the measures, upon request made by any party interested which submits positive information substantiating the need for the review.

(2)

Any review initiated under subsection (1) shall be concluded within a period not exceeding twelve months from the date of initiation of review.
