59. Duration and review of undertakings

The provisions of —

(a)

sections 56 and 57 of this Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to price undertakings accepted under the provisions of sections 44 to 47 of this Act;

(b)

sections 21, 25, 26, 27, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37,

38, 39 and 40 of this Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any review carried out under this Part of this Act; and

(c)

section 22 of this Act shall apply to any review conducted under sections 56 and 57 of this Act which shall be carried out expeditiously and be concluded within a period of twelve months of the date of initiation of the review.
