26. Making complaints in relation to offences under this Part of this Act

(1)

A complaint in relation to an offence under this

Part of this Act shall be made in such form and manner as may be prescribed, to-

(a)

the Protection Division;

(b)

the Authority; or

(c)

any court, Commission or law enforcement authority.

(2)

Where any complaint under paragraph (b) or (c) of subsection (1) is received by the Authority or any court,

Commission or law enforcement authority, such complaint shall forthwith be referred to the Protection Division for investigation or inquiry.
