78. Term of office of a member of the Advisory Board

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Every member of the Advisory Board shall, unless such member vacates office earlier by death, resignation or removal, hold office for a term of three years from the date of his appointment and shall, unless he has been removed from office, be eligible for re-appointment.
