81. Any act not invalidated by reason of a vacancy in the Advisory Board

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No act, decision or proceeding of the Advisory Board shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy therein, or any defect in the appointment of any member thereof.
