88. Order to vary or revoke permission for audio-visual linkage

The court or Commission may, in the best interest of justice and for reasons to be recorded, make an order varying or revoking a permission granted to record evidence or statement in relation to any proceedings through contemporaneous audio-visual linkage from a remote location, with notice to the relevant parties to such proceedings.
