17. Central Authority not to be required to give security for payment of costs

Nothing in this Act or any other written law shall be deemed to authorize the High Court to order the Central
Authority lo give security for the payment of any costs incurred, or likely to be incurred, by any respondent to any application under section 9 or section 14 or to pay the costs of any such application.
