21. Central Authority to arrange for return of child in respect of whom an order has been made under section 10

Where an order is made under section !0 for the return of a child to the specified country in which that child has his or her habitual residence, the Central Authority shall cause such arrangements as are necessary to be made in accordance with the order, for the return of such child to such specified country.
