104. Penalties

Any person who is guilty of an offence under this

Act for which no penalty is expressly provided for by this

Act, shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding the equivalent in Sri Lanka Rupees of ten thousand SDR or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
