113. Access to authorized persons

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person authorized by the Director General shall at all reasonable times, have access to any place to which access is necessary for purpose of exercising and discharging any powers and functions vested in him under the provisions of this Act or any regulations or rules made thereunder and have the authority to examine any documents found in such place.
