9. Transfer of aerodromes and certain buildings and lands specified in the Second and Third Schedules

The Minister may by Order published in the Gazette, transfer to and vest in the Authority the Aerodromes specified in the Second Schedule and the aeronautical facilities and the land appertaining thereto specified in the Third Schedule to this Act. Different Orders may be made in respect of the transfer and the vesting of different Aerodromes and the aeronautical facilities and land appertaining thereto as specified in those Schedules.
