346. Notice by liquidator of his appointment

(1)

A liquidator appointed under any of the provisions of this Act shall, within fourteen days from the date of his appointment, publish in the Gazette and deliver to the Registrar for registration, a notice of his appointment in the prescribed form.

(2)

Where the liquidator fails to comply with the requirements of subsection (1), he shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand rupees.
