408. Consequential orders where administrator cease to hold office

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The court may on the application of a company or an administrator or former administrator, make such orders consequential upon the discharge of an administrator as it thinks fit.
