10. Payment from the Account

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall be paid out of the Dhamma School Fund

Account—

(a)

all sums of money required for the purpose of carrying out the object of the Fund and approved by the Board ;

(b)

all sums of money required for the payment of salaries and other wages to the officers and servants of the Fund and for payment of renumeration to the

Auditor-General.
