12. Officers and servants of the Fund

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Fund shall have the power —

(a)

to appoint such officers and servants as may be required for the administration and management of the affairs of the Fund ; and

(b)

to determine the remuneration to be paid to such officers and servants.
